What if it's possible to actually enjoy the holiday season? 😬

Thanksgiving is in 14 days and I'm tempted to let holiday stress takeover, but I want this year to be different.

Just because everyone else is hustling and bustling, spending money on impulse purchases and packing their calendar full of festivities doesn't mean I have to.

I can take a step back, check in with what me and the kids want. What we need. I can prioritize things that help us feel more connected, more at-peace and better able to enjoy the season. And you know what, we just might do things differently, and that's ok.

I invite you to join me the Sunday before Thanksgiving to mindfully connect with what you want the rest of the year to look like. More rest? Fewer commitments? No gift shopping? Let's talk about holiday practices that help replace seasonal dread with empowered autonomy and allow any guilt to melllllt away. 😌
