This is a printable PDF the size of an index card that you can keep with you in the event of an emergency. The card is designed to be handed to a medical provider and/or law enforcement officer to help explain accommodations that may be useful to you during stressful situations as someone on the spectrum.

*ICE stands for In Case of Emergency.

I recommend you laminate this card and keep it in your purse, backpack, or the glove compartment in your car.
